The Reformed Presbyterian Church is, by God's grace, a community of forgiven sinners--people who were once without hope and without God in the World. But through the gift of Jesus, God has washed us, forgiving our sins for Jesus' sake, and he has begun to transform our lives by His Holy Spirit. This is good news we continue to share!
God prescribes to us in His word how He is to be worshipped. We follow the Regulative Principle, which means we worship the Triune God as He commands us. Our services are orderly and simple. We sing only the Psalms without the accompaniment of instruments
We believe that the 66 books of the Bible in the Old & New Testaments are the very Word of God written and are inerrant in all that it teaches. It is the only infallible rule for faith and life. "All Scripture is given by inspiration of God, and is profitable for doctrine, for reproof, for correction, for instruction in righteousness."
II Timothy 3:16
We believe in the triune God: Father, Son and Holy Spirit - Creator and Sustainer of the universe.
Jesus Christ "is the way, the truth and the life. No one can come to the Father except through Him". John 14:6. As sinful people, we are "saved through faith and that not of ourselves, it is a gift of God; not as a result of works, that no one should boast". Ephesians 2:8& 9
As an organizational plan for understanding the Bible, we adhere to the Westminster Confession of Faith, the Larger and Shorter Catechisms and the Testimony of the Reformed Presbyterian Church of North America. Please see our Resources page for more information.
